Stephen is tremendously helpful and easy to talk to. His customer service style is; courteous, friendly, considerate and easy to talk to. I purchased a plot of land using Optimum Land and Stephen made the process very straightforward. He is always happy to answer questions (even out of hours). I honestly cannot understand the negative reviews, as I have had a great experience purchasing land, despite certain issues arising on my part, Stephen went above and beyond to help solve the issue. Stephen also spoke to my husband for the first time a couple of days ago as I was busy. My husband was also very pleased with Stephen’s customer service skills. In conclusion, we highly recommend using Optimum Land. Stephen, thank you very much, please keep up the great work. We appreciate it. You’re easy to talk to, what also stood out to me was that you asked how everyone was getting along at the land, because there various plots with different owners, you took the time to ask. Absolute time waster. Travelled from London to go see a property. Couldn’t find the land with vague directions given. Called 7 times and I’ve been ignored. Time is money and I’ll get it back so ignore all you like 👍
