Joe is awesome. Always on hand to help guide and advise regarding all matters relating to dividends, tax, HMRC, business plans, growth, new staff payroll, and much more. Goes beyond what an 'accountant' usually provides and with his commercial background being in a practice makes him a very uniquely qualified individual. The rest of the team are exceptional as well taking on responsibilities and always trying to help with our queries no matter how tiresome I suspect some of them are.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. James took weeks and weeks to respond to queries. I moved from a sole trader to a limited company whilst using this firm but he did not go through any changes that needed to be made such as to the Xero account, paying dividends and salary etc, he even registered the company to an address in the midlands which was nothing to do with me or the business. It really was one issue after another. He did at one point apologise for the poor service and he put it down to being busy, however, even after the apology nothing improved.

We have been using J Sweeney Accountants for couple yrs now and using Steve Thomas as our accountant since we set up our Morphyandsons ltd road sweeping business. Steve is not only incredibly professional but very knowledgeable on all business areas he continues to save us greatly with our taxes and is on hand to answer all questions he supported and helped us set up the business from the very start J.
