Beautiful location, perfect for a Midlands getaway. We stayed for my husband’s birthday in January so the hotel was quiet. Had a lovely meal included with the package offer. Helen in the restaurant was fabulous, so welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Service at the hotel was very accommodating. Helen the hostess for dinner was very friendly and welcoming and made dinner very enjoyable. Rooms was clean and comfortable, however was unfortunate to not have a fridge and the heating in our room 102 wasnt great. Dinner at the restaurant was wonderful, I and my partner had the pork belly and massalla and would definitely rate it 10/10 Overall, really great stay, would definitely be returning!

The hotel is in a quiet valley and was an old country estate and mansion. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was extensive but the coffee blend in the ground coffee machine by Nescafe was dire. The Clipper …

Didn’t expect much from the photos but it was one of the best stays of our relationship. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the food was excellent. I didn’t expect an iron and ironing board in the room either. I would definitely go back …

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly, down to earth and helpful. Go that extra mile to make sure you are okay. The evening meals are of a high standard. Buffet breakfast was okay, lacked choice with little fresh fruit although cooked options were plentiful. Overall, an enjoyable weekend experience.

Just had a lovely weekend at Sedgebrook Hall celebrating my parents Diamond Wedding. The hotel is set in beautifully maintained grounds just outside Northampton. We used the pool in the afternoon, which was nice and we had a lovely evening meal served in one of the small function rooms. I can recommend the Chicken Supreme! The bar area is nice, our room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. All in all a relaxing weekend, I would certainly stay again!

This is a lovely hotel. I stay in many hotels across the UK for my business, and so many are dilapidated, and do not really take care of the small details. This is an old Manor house with extensive grounds. The rooms are adjacent to the main building and are clean, very quiet and spacious. I stayed in room 214. The shower was good, there are no tumblers for water, and no bottled water. It is slightly located outside the centre of Northampton, but beats any mainstream hotels, especially the cheap and cheerful, Premier Inn. As well, we are heading out of the town and staying somewhere a little bit more secluded/better value. One thing that stands apart is the quality of the food. The kitchen closes at 9:30 pm and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is plenty parking space and extensive grounds. I will stay here again. My room rate was £90.25 for one night, which is an absolute bargain compared to some of the other hotels / fees.
