The alert was behind a truck transporting stone and because of the wind a large stone jumped into the hood and windshield of my car, the people from the company/office didn't even want to talk about this incident, they are disrespectful and unprofessional

Excellent service from Ray Bell . I've used them 3 times now & never had a problem. Skip delivered when requested , they were generous enough to let me have the skip until it was ready for collection & to that end they collected as advised with a courtesy call to say they were on their way as I requested ! Not only that but I found their prices notably competitive . I have no hesitation in using their services in future. My thanks for a professional amiable .flexible & valuable service! We have asked for a skip to be picked up for last 10 days - everyday they promised to up but never turned up. The skip is located on a public highway - resulting in other people putting additional rubbish on top. on the 11th day they finally decided pick up the skip however refused to take it away because it was over the level. Then tried to charge me for an additional skip- if they had collected when first promised it wouldn’t be a problem. We are now on the 12th day and it’s still awaiting collection Service: Construction debris removal

Requested skip collection because it has been raided several times and I have had to clean the drive. I am recently widowed so dare not tackle the thieves, AND the skip still sits on my drive uncollected disgusted, would not recommend Service: Dumpster rental

I would definitely not use this company.We requested a skip with a door, delivered one without a door, promised to collect within 7 days instead collected after 10 days. They were not interested in my complain and did not bother to deal with it. They have no idea what customer service is all about! Service: Construction debris removal

Having never hired a skip before and having read most of the reviews for Northampton skip hire companies I expected the process to be a nightmare. My partner and I decided to give Raybells a go and hired an 8yard skip with a door for our landscaping project. From the person on the phone to the drivers, the service was fantastic. The skip arrived on time as agreed, the driver also turned the skip around for us so the door faced the garden. The hire was for 7 days however we filled it in 2, we rang Raybells at 10:00 to say it was full and they collected it that same afternoon. Would highly recommend

Got to say a big thanks to Kevin at Ray Bell for getting me out of the mire. We estimated needing a 6 yard skip last weekend and were about 6 yards out lol. Rang at 7am today, and the skip's been exchanged already. Top job, both drivers have been great and I'll use you again

Wow wis I’d read these reviews first. Just had an extremely abrupt phone call regarding a skip I ordered that they provided and have been unable to collect due to parking issues may I suggest that they assess the feasibility of access and collection before they actually take the job on. Not rocket science surely I cannot prevent people from parking there

Cheapest in northampton by far. I ordered a skip with permit and also an exchange within a week. They were very helpful and prompt on delivery and exchange (both early morning as promised). No idea why they havè bad reviews as they were better than any other for me by miles

Really pleased with recent skip hire from Ray Bell. Delivered the day stated and when I rang for collection, they said next day and it was. Driver was helpful and advised best way of loading the skip to maximise the space. Would use again.
