Really amazing experience of working with these guys, fast response and go above and beyond to help. I've had experience of working with them for web design and web hosting. would definitely recommend!

Disappointingly unprofessional customer service, project management and technical development. A significant portion of the design work was actually done in eastern europe. They overcame a number of technical challenges, however a lot of these were encountered as a result of extremely poor communication during the project and misinterpretation of a specification that THEY developed. Many bugs found in the site were acknowledged and commitment was made to fix them, however they delayed fixing the bugs for so long, they then stated that the website was out of warranty anyway. This is a very questionable business tactic. In comparison with other quotations, they are on the expensive side. Cost does not guarantee any form of quality or customer service. I also used their hosting service, which on occasion would go down for 30 mins at a time. This appeared to happen at quite specific times during the week. They were made aware of the issue, but no formal resolution was communicated other than "they would keep an eye on it". This may have been the case, but it wasn't re-assuring for a 24/7 membership site. To top things off, when migrating away from their hosting service they downloaded the website files from the server 5 whole days before providing the weblink to the data, this meant 5 days of data was just lost. When challenged about the error, they requested I pay another migration charge. Infuriatingly unreasonable, unprofessional and simply topped off the complete "Cowboy" approach. This is a completely honest review in the hope that others have their eyes-wide-open before they consider entering into business with these guys.
